You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This cute newly remodeled basement studio apartment has its entrance at the BACK of the house through a storm door ( unlocked) down a short 6 steps of stairs to the front door with number lock. It is very private and freshly remodeled with a smart TV and a trundle day bed (same as a regular twin bed) with cushy memory foam pillows and memory foam mattresses. The second person would have to use the bottom trundle mattress. I put bunk bed in the description because trundle bed is not given as an option. Being a duplex, this unit is not for someone who's loud or cannot take a bit of sound from the first floor if it's occupied.
