I stay there at least once a year and it is always super clean and the desk staff is very friendly. The Spa O'Quartz and Zen Evasion Spa are my favourite part of staying there. Massage therapists are always very professional and attentive to your specific needs. Since the renos the Spa really has a nice feel with the multiple pools, sauna and relax area. The hotel is a short walk from the Casino for those who gamble and is also close to nice hiking trails that lead to the St. Lawrence River. This year I noticed that maintenance staff was often in the hallways with tools and machinerie. Might be the change of season so i'm not sure I want to hold it against them. The restaurant has a varied menu to please everyone and the Table d'Hote has some nicer options like duck and seafood for a very affordable price. Overall a very nice place to stay in La Malbaie.

J’ai réservé à hôtel même et ont m’as attribué une chambre au pavillon. Odeur très désagréable humidité dans le bloc À. À mon arrivée il mon charger un supplément pour personne additionnel malgré que je l’avais mentionné lors de ma réservation. Coin spa très mal propre du à un bris que l’ont nous a pas dit lors de l’arrivée et que dire du jeune homme qui nous accueille au spa. Aucun sourire pas de bonjour très bête et pas de manière. La question qui tue vais-je y retourner…. Honnêtement je ne suis pas certaine
