This detached villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and enjoys its own spacious and secluded private garden. It has a gated private drive. This property has been furnished to provide maximum comfort. Within the tiled and walled garden with it’s large heated swimming pool (optional - see booking notes) there are sun loungers, tables and chairs and a barbecue for alfresco eating, with the addition of a spacious roof terrace from which to watch the sun go down over a glass of wine – or two! 15-20 mins walk to the main street of Corralejo. It is within easy reach of many of the best beaches in the north of the island. There are plenty of superbly stocked supermarkets in Corralejo as well as local stores and cafes within a short walking distance.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am unless otherwise agreed with the villa manager Paul.

February family holiday
The spacious villa was ideal for our needs, it was very clean and smelled fresh on arrival. Both the gate and front door are difficult to open and close and need adjusting to avoid having to slam. The WiFi was excellent and the TV has English channels. Kitchen is dated but clean with a good supply of condiments. Bedrooms have comfortable beds, duvets and extra blankets. Bathrooms are modern, showers powerful and perfect for us. The outdoor area is large, we made use of the BBQ and enjoyed watching the sun go down from the patio. The rattan furniture in the seating area could do with renewing as showing signs of wear and sagging but still usuable. The pool was enjoyed by all, we paid to have it heated and the temperature was perfect. There were inflatable rings, beach ball etc. to use and it was cleaned by Dave before we arrived and while we were there. It’s probably in need of an upgrade as the blue tile pattern has worn off but nothing that prevents it from being fully usuable. The sunbeds are cracked in places and their cushions are in desperate need of replacing as they are very grubby, clearly very well used. There is a busy road very close to the villa, it is noisy but didn’t spoil things for us. The town is a 20 minute walk and a taxi home costs around 6 euros with tip. The property manager Tina was quick to respond when we had a problem and this was resolved quickly. Overall we had a great, relaxing holiday in Ray’s villa, many thanks also to Tina and Dave.

Christmas Stay
Overall a good stay at the villa which is what we expected for the price. The only downsides for us where the heated pool was not hot enough and we still couldn't use it despite paying extra for it and asking specifically for it to be warm. As we stayed in the winter this was a negative.Also just the beds banging against the wall could be fixed so easily as literally keep you awake every time you turn over in the night but beds were comfy. However there are lots of positives the villa has everything you need and is so well equipped with towels, push chairs, books, heaters , alll kitchen facilities and condiments etc. so spacious inside and out and was spotlessly clean. Villa manager lovely and helpful as well. Good communication when needed. We would return and recommend to others. But we would not bother paying for the pool to be heated.

Perfect Place
What an amazing property. Juat close enough and just far enough away from the busy area. Near to the beach and the volcanic horizon. The property had great amenties, was very clean, had a lovely pool and was perfect for us to relax in and go out and about easily if we wanted. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to get there from.the airport and there was a very conicise folder about the surrounding area. Thank you, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable break.

Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable villa
Very comfortable and spacious villa. Refurbished bathrooms and internal tiled floors are a delight. Noise from the main road at the back is a little annoying, but we got used to it. Not always easy to park by our gate because of neighbour's cars, but these are minor quibbles. Overall, a lovely place to stay, relax and explore the area.

Beautiful Villa - Great Communication
This was a winter break for us. It's a beautiful villa in a quiet area just a short 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants. I think a security light at the gate area would have been helpful for returning to the villa at night. Newly refurbished bathrooms were lovely, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice private pool area with plenty of comfortable seating outdoors. We arrived late in the day and were disappointed slightly when although there was a starter of washing up & toilet roll there was no hand soap. I think even a very small amount to do the day of arrival would have been very much appreciated and needed more than dishwasher tablets, at that time. Fantastic communication from the owners, very helpful and responsive throughout. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend 😀 Thanks Ray

We have no complaints, we had a wonderful time and the location is perfect for being close enough to walk into the town area but far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle. The bathrooms have recently been upgraded and are really lovely. We would 100% stay here again.

Excellent Villa
Stayed here with our Daughter aged 21 in July 2022. Villa was excellent and as per photos (although was bigger than photos) Its about a 20 minute walk to the main strip or 4 euro in a taxi. Villa had everything we needed and had recently had new bathrooms installed so looks very modern. Host was very easy to contact and quick to reply so on the whole excellent stay and would have not hesitation of staying again.

Excellent property - upgrade need and programmed
This was an excellent property, layout, facilities and all it promised. It was well appointed with items required in the kitchen, for the pool etc. It also has TV for all including BBC/ITV for all UK nations - great addition if needed. The property needs a bit of an upgrade in terms of paintwork and general TLC - but from our understanding this is due imminently and once done this will be an excellent holiday experience. The property is within walking distance, if physically able, to shops etc. My party had a fantastic holiday in this excellent property - we have to thank the owner for all assistance given before and during our stay. We would recommend this property highly.

Lovely Villa, great location, excellent management team.
This is our second Stay at Ray and Stephs Villa, we know the area well and have stayed often in Corralejo, the Villa is spacious, beds comfy, pool is warm, plenty of sunbeds, chairs and cushions, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again.. Nicola and Dave do a great job keeping the Villa clean and are always available for any little issues. Great location to walk into town, we usually taxi back at less than 5 euros with a tip.

Villa is within walking distance of the town centre and harbour, 20 minutes there. We are all over 64 and we managed it. For the money this represents excellent value.

needs updating
only rented this property as it had a heated pool that i paid extra for, after 4 days of waiting of messages and temp tested was told it was broke and by sounds of it was broke previous week too. villa is huge but needs serious updating, couldnt park on drive either as neighbour across the way used all the street for car repairs, even asking me to move the car form outside the villa and park down the street sorry but wouldnt stay here again

Great villa had everything needed. About 15/20 min walk to start of strip no problem at all just got taxis back at night for about 3€. Ray the owner was helpful in the booking process moving our dates with no problems due to covid travel bans. The villa management team over there were great from cleaning the pool to dealing with any problems or faults, really helpful Would re book no problem

Tired and dated
We have been going to this resort for nearly 20 years and this could be the worst villa we have stayed in. Its a great big spacious villa with a nice pool however it is very dated and the location is terrible. Our check in was non existent and the postcde sends you to the middle of the main road behind the villa, we arrived expecting someone to meet us or even to have been told where the keys would have helped and after numerous attempted phone calls to the owner we eventually got him and he told us what villa it was and where the key was being kept. It's a handy 10min walk to the town but the noise from the road was bad when your at the pool and to be woken every single morning with music coming from a loud speaker across the road in what I think is a football ground or something. During our 2 week stay we had no clean bedding at all and the bedding we had was an old duvet cover being used as a sheet. We would have been happy to wash them if there had been a change available. We were very disappointed on our return to hear that the owner was charging us for the sun lounger cushions to be cleaned despite the fact they we filthy when we arrived. Despite all of this holiday we did have a good and I hope the owner of this property takes on board our feedback.

This property is great I have stayed 3 times now. There is a lot of space in this property . It is well kept and has everything you need for your stay. It is a little walk into the centre we did this twice daily about 10 minutes to the start of the shops:bars 20 minutes to the harbour . Great private pool with lots of outdoor space . This villa has had some upgrades since our last stay with new outdoor furniture and mattress in the main room all only made this property better. Great place great host

We, have just arrived back from villa Sophie and can’t complain about the villa at all, whoever the location leaves a lot to be desired. It is quite easy to walk into town and supermarkets as previously stated but and it’s a big but the road literally 15 yards behind the villa is extremely busy all day and with this comes the noise,At the time of our stay another road is under construction and has been so for a considerable time it starts at 7:30am with diggers and tarmac lorries which at times caused pictures and mirrors to shake on the walls. Along with this 1 villa along was another building site of 8 villas with diggers crane delivering materials,and lorries, The back road is the main road in the area and is used buy all traffic including 8 times a day dune buggies going to and from the dunes ( horrendous noise). At times there were delivery lorries at end off the cul-de- sac delivering buildings materials resulting in having noise and dust on 3 sides. The dust/dirt from the roads and building works was horrendous we could not sit outside as a family of an evening to eat so sat inside at the table, the outside furniture had to be cleaned numerous times daily as thick with dust/dirt you really do need headphones on to appreciate the outside space. We could not use the roof top terrace because of the noise and dust. On one occasion we had to call the management company to come clean the pool which he did an excellent job. But after a few days it had grit/ sand and dirt in again, whilst we understand that Ray the owner is in no way responsible for the works it would have been nice to have been informed before we paid final balance so we could have made an informed choice rather than waking up after our late arrival to the diggers and lorries, The villa itself is fine and can’t fault it but I’m afraid we could not return because of the location of the 2 roads. Overall we were disappointed with our stay due to the roads and building works only
