Ok stay.
Pros- The host responded to concerns quickly. More spacious than a hotel. 2 televisions. Large refrigerator, great dining room, spacious living room. Beds were super soft.
Cons- Listing said it was as an entire house, but it is really a basement apartment. We heard kids running around at night when we were trying to sleep. Air and beds were damp from moisture in the air. My husband who is always hot had a heard time sleeping. Kitchen has some items, but most of the VRBOs I have stayed in previously had more dishes, cups, etc. When I tried to cook breakfast, everything stuck to the pans. I had to buy a sponge and dish soap to wash out pans.
Overall it was a better option than staying in a hotel.
