Very comfortable beds and pillows. Fridge was cold and air conditioning worked great. They offered free water and chips to us upon check in. The shower was a wonderful experience. Clean tub and bathroom! Definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stayed here for two nights. Check in was smooth and clerk gave me a couple waters which was nice. When I went up to the room it smelled terrible. I went back downstairs and told the clerk and mgr and the mgr comes out with air freshener. I said no that won't do so they put me in another room. I kept getting questioned about what it smelled like as if maybe I wasn't being honest. I went to the next room (hotel was full so glad I could even switch) and much better except for a stain on the comforter. I took it off the bed and used the one from the closet. The beds were very comfortable. Unable to hear sound from bedrooms next to me but sure heard the upstairs guests and people out in the hall. Nice view across the street of a lake and there is a DQ walking distance from there. The breakfast had standard fare. Some of the pastries were expired which I let them know and the next day they were all fresh. When I checked out I mentioned the comforter and the mgr kept saying I should have told them. Not after the response the first time and not when I've been traveling all day. No compensation was offered which I don't like. They were nice and I wouldn't not stay again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and the bed and pillows were comfortable. HELPFUL I had to change my date very last minute and they were so great about helping me out. KIND The cleaning lady on the third floor was kind and extra helpful. Please give her a raise! : ) COMFORTABLE I usually bring my own pillow, but I didn't need to this time. The pillows and the bed were both very comfortable.
