Die Mitarbeitender waren sehr freundlich. Die Lodge war hübsch, gemütlich und sauber. Der Gratispool hat uns enttäuscht, da er lieblos gestaltet ist (hinter Eisenzaun, keine Blumen oder Deko). Im Spa-Bereich hätte es einen schönen Pool gegeben. Hier hätte man jedoch pro Pers 45EUR für 2h zusätzlich bezahlen müssen. Für mich für dem Zimmerpreis inakzeptabel. Frühstück: Sehr schöner Frühstücksort, aber leider nichts draus gemacht. Wir kamen um 9.00Uhr zum Frühstück. Kein Personal war anwesend. Es waren noch 4 andere Gäste am Frühstücken. Alle anderen Tische waren frei, jedoch nicht abgeräumt und voller schmutzigem Geschirr. Im hintersten Eck war ein einziger unbenützter Tisch. Für ein 4-Sternehotel nicht akzeptabel.

Très cher pour le résultat.....

Le principe et l amenagemet est bien (accès passerelle,chalet...). Par contre l entretien de l espace vert autour laisse à désirer(vue sur les canalisations d'EU, vue sur les ballons ECS sous les chalets des voisins, présence de rats le soir qui viennent manger le savon que l on a laissé sur l la baignoire à l extérieur).... Mais ce qui est innacceptable c est de devoir payer 9euros pour avoir un seau à glacons J en ai fait hôtels dans le monde, mais c est la première fois que je vois ça. Qui plus est pour un 4 étoiles. C est de l abus......idem pour le spa, fermeture à 18hoo......économie de personnel.....si tu sors d une randonnée...et que tu arrives que tu as envie d un massage et ben faut revenir le lendemain....je ne l avais jamais fait cet hôtel....mais c est sur que en n y mettrais plus les pieds......c. est une arnaque.

Hotel exceptionnel

Trés bon accueil, hotel bien agencé avec bungalows isolés, chambre agréable, jacuzzi avec vue sur mer , très relaxant , au restaurant personnel attentionné juste comme il faut qui a tout fait pour satisfaire une demande particulière.
