This is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, single story villa at Legacy Villas on Heritage Drive.

The Space:
This Villa boasts one of the most premier locations in Legacy Villas as it has its own expansive lawn, perfect for lawn games and kids! Enjoy the privacy of having no neighbors off your patio, while also being a short walk away from a pool. This property is single story with no upstairs neighbors, making it a perfect option for a quiet and relaxing getaway. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a King bed, master bathroom and access to a patio with a secluded grass lawn. Each of the 2 master bathrooms has a walk in shower and large soaking tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials needed to make your stay enjoyable. The living room has a brand new sectional sofa and smart TV with live cable channels as well as streaming capabilties. The dining room has a beautiful chandelier and upgraded dining table, perfect for meals with family and friends.

The main pool and clubhouse are located just across the street with a large beach entry pool and shaded cabanas. Enjoy the Legacy Grill on the weekends or relax in the Hammock Gardens surrounded by palm trees. Take a hike along the mountain borders or take a short drive to downtown La Quinta or La Quinta Resort & Spa. Enjoy everything that Legacy Villas has to offer and you will find yourself returning year after year! Enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!

Have been at Legacy before and so know it to be a great location with many wonderful amenities. This property was great - good location, great layout, well furnished, well stocked, very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing weekend

Quiet resort-like desert location in spacious very private ground level condo/townhome. Very well equipped, easy in and out of secured community, multiple pools to enjoy with sufficient lounge chairs and tables. Fully furnished with professional yet very relaxing decor. Excellent to share w another couple due to interior and patio layout. Slight wear to some cabinets/ upholstery is easily ignorable due to overall cleanliness and interior quality. This one is a keeper!

Perfect for our needs

Perfect place for us and our two little dogs. Location is great, we love La Quinta and golf. And the area is great for walking with and without dogs. Allie, the property manager was easy to work with and responsive. Kitchen outfitted with a good array of pots and pans, but you'll need foil, ziplocks, etc if you plan on cooking your meals. Overall, would stay there again and again.

Excellent unit and property surroundings - everything was as advertised - great kitchen and other appointments, furniture was well kept and unit was ultra clean and very orderly. Check in process was perfect and the host was immediately responsive to emails and phone calls if needed. The neighborhood was awesome, well kept and very secure. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Palm Springs - very convenient to shopping, golf and restaurants too - really well done!!!! Thank you :)

Two Couple Vacation

Loved the unit. Perfect for two couples. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on the lawn looking out at the snow capped mountains. The whole complex is beautiful with multiple pools. The Host Company was very communicative and had quick responses. Loved our stay!

Amazing family vacation

Beautiful property in La Quinta. The place was spacious, nicely furnished, very clean, and very comfortable. It's beautifully landscaped around the back patios, which were relaxing spots to spend the afternoon. The pools and fountains on the grounds are amazing. We're looking forward to returning soon.

This property is comfortable enough and reasonably well equipped, it is in a nice quiet location but would really benefit from a deep clean and perhaps an update. We found the property to be quite dark and the lighting wasn't great. We love this location and have ben to Legacy Villas before and will certainly come again.

Amazing family getaway!

Since a beautiful location and great amenities. The pools are fantastic and the main pool has a beach entrance just perfect for little ones!! The villa is well appointed and perfect for families with durable furniture and a double master set up. Couldn't ask for more in a family vacation house. First floor location and easy plentiful parking is ideal for the grandparents and toddlers alike!! Will definitely be back again.

Great stay!

Very nice 2-suite condo on the edge of the legacy villas property, which means you have a very private patio area and even your own patch of grass for lounging or playing with kids. Overall the condo was in great shape, just as described, though I think it could use a deep clean. Lots of dust on the furniture, wooden blinds, and AC vents. Also the washer is currently broken, which was ok for our short stay, but we were not made aware. Short walk to several pools, including the big club house pool.

Nice & great location!

Had a great time with my family for my wife’s bday weekend. Place was great clean and located in a great location. An extra plus we had a little back yard for the little one to run around 1 minute walk to the main pool and near 2 smaller pools. Thanks Tammi for an awesome place definitely will stay there again for many more years to come.

Misinformation about new regulations

We like staying at the Legacy Villas and choose to do so every summer. Our children love the pool and it's nice to be able to relax while we are there. We stayed over a weekend this trip and weren't informed about the new regulations for the pool. There were changes that we were told about, limited numbers at each pool, but we were not told about the signups that were taking place during the weekend. During the weekend we were only allowed to use the pool once each day for a 2 hour time slot. You get the slot by waking up before 7AM on Saturday morning and standing in line with all of the other renters and owners on the property. Once you get to the front of the line you sign up to use the pool on Saturday and Sunday for a 2 hour time slot. The time slot that you sign up for is the only time that you can visit any of the pools during the weekend. This information was not told to us prior to booking, and if it were, we would have not chosen to go over the weekend. I did contact the property manager when we first checked in and were told about these rules, but she informed me that I would of course be able to use the pool on the weekend more than once and that rule did not sound correct. I tried to contact her again on Sunday to explain that those were in fact the rules and she never returned my call. My family and I truly enjoy staying at the Legacy Villas and we enjoy all of the amenities that it provides. However, we will not go through this listing again because the communication is lacking and this lack of information did ruin the majority of our trip. I understand when rules change unexpectedly; however, the pool sign ups had been taking place for a month before we even arrived.

Great home!

We had a great time at this property! It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The pools were very clean and some had amazing mountain views. The home is equipped with everything you need including the kitchen being fully stocked with whatever you need to prepare meals. The only minor complaint I have is that I had to contact the vacation rental staff the night before to inquire about the check-in process as it was past 10pm and I hadn’t received anything on check-in and we were checking in the next day. In addition, I notified the vacation rental contact person that I would arrive at a certain time and I was told that there would be someone present to greet us and give us the code to enter upon our arrival. We waited a bit over 10 minutes before a gentleman arrived. It would have been great if we were provided with an access code to the home as for us it was an inconvenience as we had kids who had to go to the bathroom. After this, everything else was smooth sailing. We will definitely be back!
