Koti kalustettiin vasta huhtikuussa 2019. Upouusi erittäin mukavat sängyt. Viihdyttäjän unelmakoti, joka on länteen päin! Uskomattomia esteettömiä panoraamanäkymiä länsimaisesta Santa Rosa -vuoristo- ja golfkentältä on runsaasti tässä upea entisessä mallissa. Tässä kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyä ja pelihuone, jossa biljardipöytä. Koti on hieman yli 3600 neliömetriä, mukaan lukien yksityinen Casita, josta on näköala PGA Westin Greg Norman -golfkentän 6. reikään ja vihreään. Tämä kurssi on julkinen kenttä, jota voit pelata, ja samassa yhteisössä on 2 muuta pelaajaa (Nicklaus-turnaus ja Stadion-kurssit). Very Disappointing......
To any future potential guests of this home : My family and I have stayed in La Quinta for the last 8 years and this is the worst experience we've had since.We rented the property for 14 nights during Christmas and New years 2024/2025 from December 27 through January 10th. My father and mother both in their 70's arrived first on the 27th . My wife, three young daughters and I could not arrive due to business and personal matters until the 1st of January. The condition of the property upon arrival was so disgusting we departed the next day within 24 hours of arrival. My father and mother did not complain of the issues since I paid for everything. 12,000 for the reservation. The pictures shown on the listing are at least 3 years old. Many of the furniture shown is no there any more.I am sure the host will respond in denial of all this and claiming I am a fraudster or delusional but the reality is what I claim. See pictures belowDisgusting splatters on the walls, broken concrete inside the garage, light switches filthy , black spots on the carpets, mold. Multiple cockroach sightings and killed one On my first and only night I found a spider inside bedding. Window frames are worn out and filthy and need to be replaced, cleaning will not suffice. Door off the hinges etcIf you have any kind of standards then avoid this property. I will leave a link here with the pictures I took .. Would you have your family stay here ? You be the judge

Perfect Stay in PGA West
We had a great stay in this lovely property. The location is great for daily activities like golf, restaurants and the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well stocked it was with pots, pans, utensils, spices etc. The home is huge with a fantastic view of mountains and golf course. The property managers were very responsive and answered the few questions we had. We will be back!

Wonderful property!
Stayed the weekend with my adult children and we really enjoyed the pool, chefs kitchen, fireplaces, tvs and game room. We could be together without feeling crowded. Beds were comfy, and the view spectacular. The checkin process was seem less, and the property manager, Laura, was helpful with any little question we had. We’ll stay again soon!

The house was nice but I was disappointed that one of the guest rooms didn’t have a bathroom and the guests would have to shower in another guests bathroom. I wasn’t aware of that. Outside if that everything was great.

Fabulous property & location
We came to La Quinta for a girls’ weekend getaway. This house was perfect for our group of 6 women - bright, airy, tons of space, and nicely decorated. Loved the outdoor space as well - fantastic seating, pool and hot tub. Would have given it 4 stars except the Spa was not operating through Alexa as was intended. Any time we wanted to use the spa, we had to text the house manager, who was prompt. Main issue was that the spa turned off every 90 minutes so we’d have to message them again to turn it on. Also, only the spa or the pool can be heated at a given time. We ended up using the spa mostly. Overall, we had a great weekend!

Amazing stay!
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had the best time! The house looks even better in person and the location can't be beat. The views from the pool overlooking the golf course and the mountains are incredible. The neighborhood is extremely safe and well kept. Both Chuck and Laura were extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We really appreciated Laura checking in over text throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend - we hope to come back and stay in the future!

Our stay at Chuck's home was nothing short of amazing. From the time we checked-in to the morning we left, Laura the property manager was so helpful and responsive. Chuck, the owner, even went out of his way to call us and show us how to turn on the awesome outdoor fireplace - talk about going above and beyond to make our stay perfect! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary so my parents, my sister, brother-in-law and my baby nephew came to join us for the weekend - the house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space, we had family dinners around the large kitchen table, watched the masters on the TV outside on the outdoor TV, all while swimming and enjoying the sun from morning til night. We truly had the best time and after waiting two years to take a vacation, we couldn't be more glad that we chose this house to stay at. Many thanks to Chuck and Laura for their thoughtfulness and sharing their beautiful home (and Tesla charger!) with us - can't wait to return!

This house was perfect for what we were looking for in the desert. A place in PGA West for a golf trip is the only way to go. The house is awesome, great lay out and extremely spacious! Highly recommend staying here.

No one met us upon our arrival and showed 3 hrs later; Outside pool area was filthy with large umbrella broken and laying across deck; wind was calm day we arrived; Inside villa carpet was filthy and would not stay there; hair and dirt in master tub; we stayed at property for 10 days and did not have property mgr or housekeeper see us during stay.

Fantastic, Relaxing Stay!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house in the middle of paradise! The house was very clean. The pool was so much fun and the view was unparalleled. We used the hot tub and pool all day long and enjoyed the pool deck lounge chairs soaking up the sun. The house had everything we needed. The property manager was wonderful to interact with and very responsive. Thank you for opening up your home to us; we greatly enjoyed our stay!!!

Our stay was short and sweet. Just enough to make us want to go back.
Property was as described. Great location. Only thing is you apparently have to be super white which can be tough. The landscaping was beautiful and our twin daughters and their friends loved the pool time. Next time it will have to be longer for sure. Nothing like the desert!
