Great place near central station!
The place was really nice, clean shower and toilet. Very good value for money, the bed was a bit small for us 2 but we knew it beforehand. Convenient if you want to be close to the train, a bit far from the boat, completely recommended!!

Amazing bed and breakfast with a 4 minute walk to the train station to a 10 minute ride to cinque terre. The property is extremely clean, I mean spotless, the owner is extremely organized and very detail oriented which I appreciate bc I am like that myself. The mattress is one of the best that I slept in my life, better than any 4 star hotel I have stayed at.

Awesome customer service... comfortable and clean room. Easy to walk to the train station. The only thing it is they take picture of your passport with their phone. I am not sure how safe it is.

Affordable and very clean
Very clean guest house. We selected it because the advertising read “parking included”, but that was misleading. We are in general satisfied with our stay for 2 main reasons: clean and close to train station.

Place is lovely, though the street is very unprepossing. But furnishings and service is very good and the breakfast at the local bar (included in the price) is also excellent.

Conveniently located close to the train station, this was the perfect location to stopover while traveling to Cinque Terre. We were amazed at the comfort of the room, lobby area, and the spacious, modern, clean bathroom for the price we paid. A real gem.

The Best Guesthouse in La Spezia italy
Le Tre Spezie is one of the best Guesthouse spezia italy. The place is super clean. The host is also very friendly and enthusiastic. We love this place very much. We'll book again next time!

Very clean and close to restaurants, train and roadways. Stefano is an excellent host and very accommodating. Parking is awful and the neighborhood does not feel overly safe. The effort getting into the apartment was also taxing.

A Real Find!
I made the reservation on the fly, and the owner, Stefano was available to us right away and met us there. He provided a great check in and orientation as well as a free parking spot close to the guesthouse. Fantastic all the way around stay, for 2 nights. Close to everything, walked and took train.
