This place is awesome! The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the location is perfect. It’s about a 2 minute walk from the train station and I was able to visit Cinque Terre easily. Some other highlights, Alessandro was very nice and communicative, you could tell that he cared about the quality of my experience. Also, the roads can be pretty noisy nearby but the room cancels the sound very well. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this place, I would highly recommend it.

The room was spacious. An electric kettle and refrigerator was provided. The outlook was onto a quiet street at the back of the property. In the hot weather the air conditioning did seem to struggle to keep the room cool at night during a thunderstorm otherwise we were comfortable enough. It was great value and in a great location for travelling to nearby towns, etc.

High end charm in old world
Unit we stayed in was updated to a high standard. Great location from train station and getting to old town and walking to the port for boat to cinque de terre (about 15 minutes) through streets filled with excellent shops.

The host contacted us via WhatsApp a day before check-in. Although I missed his message. Upon arriving, I phoned him, he assisted us in getting into the building and room, and quickly came over to greet us. Much appreciated. The property is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the train station, and there is a big supermarket next door. Very quite, safe place to stay. We enjoyed our stay except the mattress just a bit too soft to us.

A nice room. Very convenient for train but not good if you have a car. No where to stop and unload and parking 10mins away. Area not the nicest but if you are doing the cinque terre anyway¹q then it is fine

Great location a couple of blocks from train station and easy walk to port to catch ferries to cinque Terre. The owner Alexander was very friendly and accommodating. The unit is beautiful with very nice personal touches. Highly recommend staying here.

Estadia ótima. Bem localizada, informações precisas de localização e check-in. O único porém foi o ar condicionado que não resfria o suficiente o ambiente pois fica em uma ante-sala antes do quarto. De qualquer forma, peguei meu colchão e coloquei neste espaço pois o calor era insuportável Mesmo assim não senti todo o frescor que eu almejava. Uma sugestão seria colocar um ventilador no quarto, ou trocar o ar condicionado de lugar, ou instalar um ar condicionado com mais BTUs e, consequentemente, maior potência.
