This bright, outstanding villa nestled behind the charming seaside town of La Spezia is a real showcase. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms along with a formal living room, a family/TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, another less formal living room, and lovely terraces for sitting and eating in the garden make it a perfect place to hang out with friends or family. The location of the majestic Villa Liguria is ideal for touring Tuscany, Portofino, Santa Margherita, Rapallo, and the amazing Cinque Terre is within 45 minutes by car, train or ferries. Two hours of maid service three times a week are included in the villa rental and a cook is available upon request. The owner is also available for guided tours into the Cinque Terre and other sites in the vicinity. Upon entering the house, you’ll find a large living room with a magnificent marble fireplace and terraces overlooking the garden with views onto the gulf. From here you can exit a door onto an area equipped for dining outdoors under the shade of the palm trees. Just down the hallway you enter a great room with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine that has a bar that connects it with the TV/family room and informal dining room. Here you find another fireplace, a comfortable sitting area with couches and chairs, and an entertainment area including satellite TV with VCR and a stereo with CD player. Out of the kitchen you enter another large terrace with yet another table for dining. A BBQ is also available. Off the kitchen is a small full bathroom with tub. To complete this floor there is 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds and an en-suite full bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed and an en-suite full bathroom with shower. The other 2 are double rooms that share a full bathroom with shower. The back lower level is reached either through the garden or by another stairway from the main floor. Here you’ll find another living room furnished with 2 large sofas and chairs. This is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the cool sea breeze. Here there is a formal dining room as well. The garden has lemon, fig, and cherry trees as well as palms. It offers the perfect amount of shade without darkening the house. The owner has just recently added a new swimming pool. The small pool is 5mtx3mt but is equipped with a special jet for swimming and staying in the same place. The pool area has also been tastefully furnished with sundeck chairs for sunbathing.Villa Liguria is truly a masterpiece for those looking for an authentic Italian experience!
