"Welcome to our 65 square meter apartment, located in a building in the heart of La Spezia, just a few steps from the central station. The apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests, has been recently renovated and offers numerous amenities for an unforgettable stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, and refrigerator. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower.
The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre, reachable by train in a few minutes. La Spezia Central Station is just 400 meters away, and nearby you will find many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.
Upon request, you will have the opportunity to rent a boat for private excursions in the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre, a unique experience to discover the beauty of the Ligurian coast from a privileged perspective.

Perfect apartment near the station
What a perfect little stay for a few days enjoying La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Very close to the train station so perfect for hopping on and off. A little bit of a walk to the more picturesque part of La Spezia or to the water but we didn't mind. The street is a little busy but you don't hear any of the noise with the windows closed. There's AC in the bedroom and main living space so it was plenty comfortable on some of the very hot August evenings. Lorenzo was wonderful! So many good recommendations and very communicative. We felt very well taken care of and would stay again!

Perfect Location
The perfect location to be able to explore Cinque Terre as its only a 5 minute walk from the train station. There is also a supermarket just 1 minute away, and some other food options. A lovely and spacious appartment, would definitely stay again.
