Il n'a jamais été dit qu'il n'y avait pas de restaurant. Il devait réouvrir le 1er octobre, mais le 19 octobre, il n'était toujours ouvert. Et donc pour manger, il fallait sortir à chaque fois. Le prix est vraiment trop élevé pour ne pas avoir de restaurant.

Great place to stay on Lac Brom
Very nice hotel in a lovely setting. It's in transition. A new owner just bought it. There are some things that are a little shop worn, but I expect they'll be spiffed up in the next year. Overall, a great experience!

C’est un bel endroit avec vue magnifique sur le Lac et les belles couleurs d’automne. Le mobilier est vieux, pourrait être rafraichi. Aussi l’eau goûtait et sentait le métal. C’est ce que j’ai le moins aimé.

The room was spacious and clean. The service was gracious. The view was spectacular. The problem that was encountered was my inability to turn up the heat and due to renovations the fireplace was not working. The grounds were lovely.

Hotel is on the other side of the roaf from the lake. Room was small, a little beat up, very small bahroom. Renovations were made but it feels dated and the water is ferrous, orange and smelly, not great...Strangely the soap dispenser is only with the sink, none in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner, asked for soap and got the whole bottle, same as the one near sink! Can't attest of sauna and spa, did not use. Breakfast was very simple, croissants, bsgels and no cream cheese, bread, cereals, ypgourt. Was expecting more from a 200$ a night room.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. The location was adjacent to a road with moderate traffic. It was easily accessible but there was some traffic noise. The restaurant was not open, so we had to leave the site for meals.

The room was clean, everyting was almost perfect. But the hotel was far to be full. So, low attendance, no problems, no noise I was just looking for a bigger room/bigger bed. For the price. Honestly, thought it will be .. bigger.
