No pool it was being worked on. We had to go to another hotel to swim but both hotels had a cloudy and cold pool so we couldn’t swim.

This franchise is on struggle bus. Gave away our room on 2nd night of 2-night stay. Put us to a new room not cleaned (stuff smeared on counter) nor enough towels. No remote for TV. Check out was crazy given the moves. Price gouging due to Purdue move in dates. Will not return to this property if it can be helped.

Hotel property backs up to interstate highway. It was very noisy from the traffic all night. Interrupted my sleep. Also, my room had a very musty smell from the moment I walked in. I tried turning the air conditioner colder to see if it would remove the smell. It didn’t make a difference. I talked to the hotel staff about it several times and was offered a room spray (disinfectant). Talked to hotel manager in the morning about the smell and he didn’t offer any solutions like moving me to another room. I decided to check in to a different hotel for the remainder of my trip.

Friendly staff, if you like firm mattresses then the bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, assorted muffins and toast, make your own waffles, bananas and cereal. On Saturday morning all of the above plus omelets. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel seems to be new or recent remodeled so very clean. Staff just did their job. Not friendly but efficient. Big issue was that the pool was green therefore closed. I asked to change hotels or for refund and they arranged for us to walk next door to use their pool. Best Western said pool would be open in the morning. It wasn’t. I had taken my 7 year old grandson for an outing before school starts and swimming was to be a fun part of our trip.Pool closed should have been posted on their website and at Hotels.com

We were charged for a room, that was smoked in. I am allergic to cigarettes and am suffering now, from yesterday, coughing and sneezing. Every light bulb in our room, was a different color. No freezer, as advertised. So we lost all of our frozen stuff, as it was just a fridge. We were scared to walk around the building with our daughter to stretch her legs, due to the guests smoking pot behind the building, along with a few staff members. With that said, nothing like the advertising and it’s sad you have to rope in business like that! Tricking people with of their hard earned money, and making it seem like it’s worth it. We also brought our own sheets. Thank god!! The black light on the sheets! Lit up like tie-die! BE BETTER
