Guests have full access to the entire property, except for a locked owner’s cabinet on the main level and the mailbox (though deliveries are welcome).

We welcome longer stays, but will require mid-stay cleans every 2 weeks for stays 30+ nights.

In the Summer months, you will find window air-conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms. No AC on the main level, however, Colorado weather tends to be mild and temperatures can be controlled by keeping blinds closed during the day and windows open for cool breezes after sundown.

While we do allow for longer stays, the mailbox is not for guest use. Deliveries are welcome.

Starter cleaning supplies are provided, and guests are responsible for their own thereafter.
