The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Laferté-sur-Amance, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 25 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Second floor
- 25 m² living room with sofas, wood-burning stove (5 logs supplied) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2 (master suite): king-size bed (180×200) with dressing room, bath and bathroom sink
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, sofa bed and walk-in shower with bathroom sink
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Exterior:
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 1,000 m², not fenced but overlooking a dead-end road. It includes a gravel terrace, two exotic wood sunshades and a complete set of garden furniture.
- 70 m² terrace with table for 6, 8 chairs, 2 deckchairs, charcoal barbecue and brazier.
The house is located in the middle of nature, with only two neighboring houses. It offers an unobstructed view over the Amance valley. It's a true haven of calm and peace, where you can admire magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
Activities :
- Hiking and nature: Explore the footpaths and country lanes in the forest, through the hills, on foot or by mountain bike.
- Historical heritage: Visit the Saint-Martin church in Laferté-sur-Amance and discover the architecture of the surrounding villages.
- Cycling: Take advantage of Haute-Marne's quiet roads and signposted circuits to discover the region by bike.
- Fishing and water sports: Fishing, swimming, pedalos, canoes and paddleboats at Lac de la Liez, 20 minutes away, along with water-skiing and wakeboarding.
- Land-based activities at Lac de la Liez: Hiking, mountain biking, all-terrain electric scooters, and nature observation around the lake.
- Bourbonne-les-Bains: Nearby spa with wellness treatments, casino and animal park.
