Dear Guest, Thank you for your review, Since 29/05/2017 we stop giving public answers to individual reviews, but we registed all the reviews in order to get a better service in the future. Our decision its based in the fact that the majority of the reviews only report minor or personal facts that in many cases only reflects a little revenge because of little things. Afther more than two years we decided that reviews about: - I like the location/I don't like the location – The property does not moves around Lagos; - I like the beds/I don't Like the beds – The beds are the same to everybody if one person likes and the other don't. What can we do? - The place its to quiet/The place its to noisy – The noise depends of you and the other guests, we can not obligate people to don't speak or to speak. - Parking its easy/Parking its impossible – In the website the information that you have its “”Parking its possible and free in a nearby public location”” - The kitchen its not clean/The kitchen its clean – We have the information that people should wash the plate after use, if the previous person does not do that, sorry… we will not have a 24hs person to wash knifes and forks. - The reception its not open 24hs – No its not, its open from 10:00 do 21:00 or 24:00 in the summer, this information its in the door. - The beds are not made every day and the towels are not changed every day – Yes its true, we change every 3 days or if needed, this information its available online and at the check in. - The lockers costs one euro and are outside the room – Yes its only one euro, and they are at 1 meter from the dorm door. - The air Con, the TV, the cooker, the toaster, the key, the door, etc… does not work – Dear guest JUST GO TO THE RECEPTION OR ASK….we are allways around to help. - Its very clean/Its very dirty – We clean every day the property if something
