Great location in old town Lagos. This contemporary 3-bedroom (ensuite) townhouse completely rebuilt to the highest standard. All modern appliances, décor, and art throughout the house from local artist. Families, couples, golfers & digital nomads are welcome!

As this property is located inside the old walls of Lagos, and although it's new double glass windows in all rooms, some noise can be experienced. Ear plugs and white noise device are provided.

Ground floor is open plan with living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, and an atrium with garden.
The atrium opens to all rooms with Juliet balcony for your protection. Atrium provides natural light all the way to the rooftop of this lovely townhouse. Laundry room with washer.
First floor includes one bedroom with king bed and one bedroom with queen bed. Both bedrooms include ensuites.
Second floor has 2 twin beds or a queen if put together, ensuite. A lovely garden terrace with table for meals and lounging chairs. A lovely spot to enjoy the sun.
Third floor includes a lovely rooftop deck with beautiful beach, water, and Lagos views. Fully equipped for entertainment. A beautiful place to soak up the sun. The atrium has a grate for your protection on the rooftop deck.

Lagos old town charm
Location was great. Rooftop deck with water view amazing. Parking was a 3 block location away from home , but easy to manage. Lots of space and great kitchen, which we cooked in twice. I would recommend upgrading bedroom pillows and add beach towels. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Stay!
The apartment is spacious, beautiful and modern. You cannot ask for a better location as you walk out the front door and you’re a stone’s throw away to restaurants and stores. The only thing negative is there is no wifi on 3rd floor room or top balcony. Also, it can be loud at night since in the city but not a big deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would definitely recommend this apartment.

So cute and close to everything!!
This flat was very well appointed and had on site laundry and drying rack. The wifi does not reach the 3 floor or rooftop but no worries, enjoy the beautiful view!! There are so many amazing restaurants, stores, grocery and cafes all in walking distance. The marina is a short 5 minutes walk away where all manner of excursions are offered. This flat was a great find!!!
