The condo was just like the photos, fully stocked and even had a beach umbrella. The views from the lanai were great, both the ocean and beautiful mountains. Conveniently located next to shops and restaurants.

We had a great time!
Loved this condo. The Murphy bed worked great for our two kids to share. The pull out couch was broken, hopefully that gets fixed soon. The beach umbrella is also broken so we weren’t able to use that either. Great location, easy access to shopping and food. the staff on property is great, the management company was great too. Very responsive and easy to follow instructions. Great amenities, our kids especially loved the beach toys included. Overall, if you have a family of 4, this is the perfect condo if your kids can share a bed. Will be even better once they fix the sofa bed. We loved it and Maui in general.

We stayed in this idyllic condo April 2024. The location on Ka'anapali beach is great and this condo's location is perfect in the back corner of tower 1 with views of the mountains and ocean. The condo has floor to ceiling sliders on 2 sides and enables you to get so much fresh air while still maintaining privacy. We loved that the unit had 2 bathrooms, one with a great soaking tub and the other with a walk in rain shower. The decor was beautiful and very comfortable. The unit comes with boogey boards, umbrella and some beach toys but no beach chairs. The common areas of the resort were very clean and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lahaina.

You can't beat the location and the condo had great appliances and amenities. Very tastefully decorated. If I have one negative thing to say, its that there was a lot of road noise between loud motorcycles amd sirens.

Sunrise view over the west mountains, and an ocean view from the wraparound lanai. Clean, comfortable...overall a great vrbo experience! Unit had beach chairs and an umbrella, or you could rent from the resort. Right on the beachwalk and next door to Whalers Village restaurants and shops.

This unit is in a building with a great location, on the beach next to restaurants and shopping. The building has excellent management, staff and security. There was some noise from construction within the building during the weekdays we were there, but there was nothing management could do.

Excellent location!
Overall our stay was fantastic. Property is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Easily walkable to many activities and steps from the beach. The balcony was large and we enjoyed our morning coffee out there every day. The only downside - we booked 6 months in advance and had paid in full. Exactly 5 weeks prior, the owner decided to occupy themselves during our last 2 days, so we were forced to find other accomodations and switch locations with very short notice. It ended up costing us a lot more that what we had paid for the condo. I am aware that it is in the contract that the owners can do this, it was just highly inconvenient and costly to us. Overall, stay was amazing, only knocking off 1 star due to the last minute cancellation of our last two days.

We had a fabulous time at 224! It was beautiful, bright, clean, spacious and had everything you needed to be comfortable! We loved everything about it, especially the wrap around lanai! We’ve stayed at many units at The Whaler and this one has been, by far, the best! We would definitely seek out and stay here again!

Perfect Location
This condo was close to Black Rock for snorkeling and Whalers Village for some quick food. The location with in the building was great as well: sunrise and mountains from one part of the balcony and sunset and ocean views from the other. Very comfortable with all the amenities we wanted.

Perfect family vacation
We spend a whole week at this condominium and it was so perfect. It’s very rare to see 1 bedroom with two full bathrooms. But it’s very important for us to have 2 bathrooms for a happy family vacation. They have Murphy bed and sofa bed in the living room. My teen son used Murphy bed and it was surprisingly very comfortable, just like regular bed. Unit was very spacious and clean, tastefully decorated, had everything we needed. We loved the whole resort and we will definitely come back here again and would love to stay the same unit.
