Excellent room and evening meal and breakfast. Very handy if needing place near Tongue. Only issue is that you dont get any decent TV reception.

Great stay at this lovely hotel. All the staff very helpful and eager to please. However on departure there was no record of our payment through Expedia.. we showed proof of payment to the hotel which they agreed to accept, and fight Expedia for reimbursement

Ignore the website which says they do bar meals - they don’t. The only option is meals in the restaurant or a long drive to another town. The place is tired and in desperate need of updating The breakfast was good and the evening meal was ok too.

The property is very isolated but for people who want a quiet location, good. However once shown to my room which was adjacent to very large kitchen extractor, I soon became aware that once switched on , the noise was unbearable and I could feel the vibrations. Complained to staff and moved rooms, they must surely know there is an issue. Bed and bathroom clean. Dinner and breakfast average. Biggest gripe is when I came to settle bill and was told I owed full amount of room vist when I had paid for it up front, bit of confrontation before I produced proof, not really happy.
