The hotel is beautiful and has many facilities and potencial. This is the second time we have stayed, but it is NOT Adult Only mindset hotel. Both times we stayed, we were scolded, once for smoking even when we were outside the area, and the other time for “talking loudly” i surely can tell what my friend were talking. Both times, the area were empty, with no guests nearby also with loud music, they lied saying people where complaining and they harassed us as if we were children, or worse, the staff or manager stopped to look at us in a bad way not until I said i felt uncomfortable they didn’t stop. We are Proffedional people with family and know how to behave but if we are in An Adult Only Hotel people want to relax and have, fun,dance, laugh and even speak about theme you usually can’t in front of children’s they show us they don’t share a Free Speech Hotel. My recommendation they put a sign so people can know. Also they were children crossing the pool when is suppose to be Adult only. The Hotel promote other restaurant they have but the staff doesn’t feel comfortable when you order from the restaurants they put bad face. Also you should know there is no staff fun they are not happy.

La experiencia fue excelente. Tranquilo, comodo y muy buena ubicacion. Quiero resaltar el personal; atento, dedicado, alegre y dispuesto a ayudar. Especialmente a Carlos en el Restaurant Brujula.
