Downstairs there are a 1 Queen-size sleeper Futon in the living room. Chateau Lake Andes Home is in the center of the downtown Lake Andes core and just one block from Cahoys Grocery shopping, dining (Inside Scoop)
and water sports are all right outside the door.

Walleye is the primary sport fish although bass, crappie, pike and catfish are also fished on Fort Randall lake. Good water quality, excellent walleye and bass fishing, good fishing April, May, June & Aug. This is a Large private Lake Andes home with a large parking space so you can bring your vehicles, boats and other toys. This home is perfect for lake activities, fisherman, hunters, contractors and snowmobilers. The property has Easy access to town. Only 5 minutes to Hwy 50 bypass road with easy access to town and key places such as Fort Randall Dam and Lake Francis The winter it is perfect for snowmobiling when the wind comes out of the North and creates large snow drifts along the South shoreline. Sunsets on the back porch are amazing. Large lawn for yard games. The inside is fully remodeled and beautifully decorated.
