This home is set high above Lake Arrowhead with stunning 180-degree views of the lake. Every room ( not bathrooms) has a picture of the lake and access to decks to enjoy. Walk into the open large plan living. /dining/kitchen area main level with a powder room. It peaked at timber ceilings and large windows to expose the lake view. Gas / wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The top deck has seating, dining, and a gas BBQ. Dinner with a view! The kitchen offers a stainless, stone counter and is ready to get your family/friends at the table. The lower level has a very large master suite with a king bed, gas fireplace, double shower, vanity, and tv. Bed 2 is the bunk room with 2 twin bunk sets, and bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. all bedrooms have deck access and views of the lake. The games room is 2 sofas, a TV, a ping pong table, and loads of games and books to enjoy. this home offers everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation summer or winter with the snow-capped trees. Garage access for 1-2 cars.

This is a residential neighborhood with full-time residents, we ask that all guests follow the quiet hours found in the house rules. There is NO street parking at any time per the SBC. Any fines/citations imposed are the responsibility of the guests.

Dogs are welcome with approval from management with a pet fee per pet. This will be paid separately through Airbnb. No cats or huskies, please.
Parking is for 4 vehicles (depending on the size of your vehicles) No street parking is allowed per county rules. Do not block the neighbor’s driveway or park in the neighbor’s driveway.
The BBQ is propane, propane is not provided, but if a previous guest leaves some it may be used or exchanged locally.
This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to:
Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our homes, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first.
This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests follow the house rules and quiet hours. Any guest in violation of the house rules will be subject to removal from the home and responsible for any fines incurred by management and the county.
There is a House Manual in the home. HOUSE RULES -Have a fantastic stay! -Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 9 pm to 9 am -Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10 pm to 9 am -This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours. -This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do. -No underage drinking -No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana. -No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind -If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
