Relax and unwind any time of year, in this 4 bedroom 2 bath home located on the southern shore of beautiful Lake Missaukee, on a quiet cul de sac. Two queen beds on the main floor, and 3 King and 1 queen on the second floor, with room for (not provided) pack n play. A large deck across the front provides plenty of space for sunset views, early morning coffee, al fresco dining and general relaxation. Laundry facilities are located on the main floor. Ample parking in the driveway fits 3-4 vehicles. There are approximately 3 stairs to enter.
Lake Missaukee is a shallow sandy bottom all sports lake perfect for families to enjoy. It has two public boat launches, as well as county park campground; city park includes tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball and a skate park. Within a short drive/walk/bike ride you will find restaurants, bakery/coffee shops, “world famous” Tasty Treat home of the largest cones in the north!, shopping, gas stations and Lake City Golf Club; within an hours drive you’ll find ski resorts, golf courses, major shopping, fine dining, wineries, snowmobile/hiking/biking trails, rivers - and a day trip can bring you to Lake Michigan, Mackinac Island - all the beauty of Northern Michigan! Boat/sea doo rentals also nearby.
