You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This 7-bedroom house is perfect for large families. At this amazing unique acreage in Lake Country, we are able to host various events like weddings, reunions, birthday parties, retreats, golfing and skiing trips, etc. Only two blocks to the beach and Beasley Park (playground, benches, large gazebo, & soccer field). 3 blocks for tennis, pickle ball, and the Rail Trail. Close to restaurants, shops, and YVR is only 12 minutes drive away! It is also wheelchair accessible.

This property was recently purchased and is currently being updated with new appliances, fresh paint, and different furniture, etc. For events, we have a summer kitchen and a bathroom with a shower in the garage that is accessible from backyard.

Our house has amazing natural light, with many windows having a great view of the valley. Gorgeous maple hardwood floors (recently refinished) large laundry room, and high ceilings on the main floor. The yard is completely fenced to keep the littles and dogs contained. Mature trees in the backyard provide beautiful, natural canopy for a spectacular setting for a wedding ceremony and reception. Plenty of parking on site. Possible to park a few trailers on site as well. Woodlake RV and campground is only 2 blocks away.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very well equipped with many extras. Above range convection/microwave, 3 fridges, range has gas cook top/electric oven, & new Bosch DW,

Also, we have everything for your event: tables, tablecloths, chairs, table settings for 100 people, and much more (extra fees apply). Posted rates are only for house.
