The bathtub was stained and had hairs in it from a prior guest, the floor in the bathroom had drops of unknown liquid on the floor. The shower pressure was abysmal. The room smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette even though it is a “nonsmoking” hotel and the overall appearance of the lobby and hallways were dingy and poorly kept up (carpets pulling and stained, scratches all over the walls). The sheets did not smell and did not have any visible stains so we were grateful for that. Disappointed for the $289 we paid. Felt more like a budget motel that should’ve been no more than $100/night.
