This home boasts a spacious three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Floor to ceiling tile in both restrooms and a rainfall shower in the master bath. A beautiful kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, stove top griddle. Walk out to the covered patio to play a game, take a dip into the sparkling pool or just relax in one of our lounge chairs by the gas firepit. Enjoy the outdoor television while grilling up some dinner or some music on the built-in speakers throughout. Outdoor "potty" and shaded lounge area for the family pet, as well as a built-in doggie door and fully fenced backyard. *Hospital bed and mobility scooter available with prior arrangement and fee.

Best mini vacation home for us!!
Tina was an amazing host! She answered all questions promptly… but now let’s get to the good stuff. Complaints: only thing I can think of is the pictures on VRBO… they honestly look good but they are not doing the house justice! The good stuff: Omg the backyard is so amazing, I was shocked when we opened the doors. lol the pictures made it look good but in reality it was fantastic! The pool is huge and just the perfect pool. We played basketball and had a table for our drinks, goggles, sunscreen. The lounging chairs were great, the table outside, night lighting was amazing for stargazing, the kitchen is so so spacious. We cooked and it was so nice to be able to just rinse and then put in dishwasher to keep the house clean. The rooms were so spacious, there was AC but also fans in room. No way did we feel the AZ heat and we went in the middle of July! TVs and WiFi were easy to use. Plenty of parking space. Great outdoor games, we had a blast playing Jenga. I love love that the master bedroom had a doggy door for our pup. Easy to clean as well as there was washer & dryer. This house is so beautiful as well, just the most relaxing setting. Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner, towels and a blow dryer. I loved the 3 days here and we are planning to come back next summer. Best decision was booking here. Oh wait! Location!! This house is 5 min away from grocery store, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor and 12 min away from the lake rentals ! I mean you can’t beat that!

Regrettably, my recent stay at the Beautiful*Modern*Family*Home* Pool*Pets welcome* was marred by significant cleanliness issues, which overshadowed what could have been a pleasant experience in a beautiful house. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the cleaning standards were not up to par. The floors throughout the house were dusty and dirty, clearly in need of a thorough vacuuming and mopping. My husband and I took it upon ourselves to clean and vacuum upon arrival, as the accumulated dust was quite noticeable. In the bathroom, the situation was equally disappointing. There were hairs in the shower drain, and the toilet was not clean as if it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. I spent time cleaning the bathroom and shower to make it more hygienic and usable during our stay. Moving to the kitchen, we encountered further issues. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were still dirty, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there were not enough basic kitchen supplies, such as mugs for coffee,(only plastic) which is a basic expectation for any rental property. While the house itself is undeniably beautiful, the lack of cleanliness seriously impacted our stay. It's disappointing to pay for a vacation rental and then have to spend time cleaning upon arrival. I have photographic evidence of these issues for reference, though unfortunately, I cannot upload them here.I sincerely hope that the management of the house takes immediate action.

Outstanding!!!
This place is amazing. Everything about it from the booking to the check in to the check out was easy and effortless. The house is beautifully decorated and accommodating. Extremely comfortable beds and close to everything you need. Lake, restaurants, grocery store, all convenient at just a few minutes away. Host was friendly and prompt with communication. Highly recommend to stay here. Will definitely book again. Thank yiu

Great place!
Such a beautiful home and great location! Just a couple minutes from the bars! Not only can you bring your fur babies but there is a doggy door too! We will definitely want to come back for our next trip.

Road trip thru Lake Havasu
The property was fantastic. The interior of the hkuse was updated and very nice. The backyard and pool were awesome. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I really dont think we could have had a better place to stay. The only regret I had is we didnt have more time to stay here longer. I would absolute choose to stay at this house in the future and would certainly recommend it to anyone asking.

Lovely home decorated with my taste!
This home is very well decorated and well kept. The location was very convenient for us. It’s just a short distance from the things we wanted to do. The pool and back yard/patio area were great and we enjoyed all the games the host offered. Our pet was welcomed and the host was extremely easy to communicate with. All in all it was a great stay. I’ll book again!
