Enjoyed our stay
Loved having the pool table since the weather wasn’t warm. The master bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that all of the indoor seating was barstool height and that does not work well for the elderly.

This property is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. The photos are very accurate. I give it a 10 star review The only two comments I have to say. Is the pool PH level seemed off and was not very clean, but clean enough for us to cool off in the 115+ temps. Two of the 3 beds could use a mattress replacement. We had a wonderful time

Nice house and very clean . Only issue is that if you close the bedroom doors the bedrooms won’t cool down. You need to leave the doors open to cool them

this house is affordable and fun
It was a really nice place to stay very quiet all fenced in backyard for the dogs. The pool was a decent size and they had a pool table which was really nice. The only thing that would be better is railing to get in and out of the pool.

Had an issue with checking in because I didn’t receive the codes. Once inside everything went well. Very nice home. Comfortable. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to rain but did enjoy grilling out.

There were a few minor issues I brought to the homeowner's attention but he responded and took care of them quickly. Also, the central air for some reason didn't cool the master bedroom as well as the rest of the house so made it difficult to sleep but overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is also close to the river and bars.

Beautiful and affordable
This property was very nice and the pictures are an accurate representation. Nice ambiance and the covered patio with fan was a life saver in the heat. Only downside was very creaky beds that could be a bit more comfy but definitely not a deal breaker. I would book again.

Amazing house host & great stay!
We had such a great stay here. The house was even better than expected and was perfect for 6 of us. Rod was extremely accommodating and had such a clean, spacious, and awesome home. We had some boat trailer issues last minute and needed to extend our stay by one day, and Rod was fast to respond adding an extra night to our stay and even gave us recommendations for boat and trailer repairs that he trusts in the area. Overall a super great house and an awesome host. Definitely will be booking at this home again! Thanks for everything, Rod!

Can't say enough positive things about this home. Living area is bigger than shown in the pictures. Pool table was so much fun. Home is extremely well organized with a great flow from room to room. The whole garage is available along with a gated gravel side yard. Saw a few bunnies along the fence, so cute. The gated patio off the living room was a great place to have our morning coffee. Trees along the side yard offers shade so the 2 bedrooms don't get the direct heat. First time bringing our dogs, they didn't want to leave. We had confidence of the back yard fencing so the dogs were secure to roam around. Pool was perfect and loved how it was designed, we enjoyed it every day. Home isn't on a busy street, which is very nice. This is the first house we would rent again.
