Clean and Spacious
This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. We had four adults and there was more than enough room. Location was great. It was walking distance to several restaurants. Multiple seating options on the balcony were perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails and watching the boats go through the channel. We loved the view of the bridge. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved all of the little things
We loved this unit! This unit came with every little thing you could think of. If you forgot it, it was there ready for you. Perfect view of the channel and bridge. The beds were so comfortable. She literally thought of everything when decorating this unit.

Nice little get away with friends
Overall the property was nice and just as listed. The view and location are ideal and of the best in Lake Havasu. However, few minor updates need to be done : kitchen faucet is just about to fall apart, coffee pot is old, slow and need replaced. The mattress in guest room is terrible and needs replaced. The front door lock was a nightmare. It would open w/ code just fine but when we went to lock and leave, it simply would not catch. It took several attempts each time we left. The most disappointing thing about this condo was that we went to rebook for next year and it stated that it was available but after we booked, paid deposit, and let other condos go, our booking was canceled out of nowhere in favor of a month long booking.

First time in Lake Havasu
First visit. Point 1 - the location is awesome. Close to everything. Point 2. - the condo is really nice. Perfect for two couples. Two king beds so no coin flipping. I never understand VRBO’s with one king and one queen or less. The balcony is huge and looks out at the channel with great views of London Bridge. We would stay here again (and longer).

The rental was fully stocked with the necessities. The views were amazing and location was perfect. Upon arrival the gate code provided to enter through main security gate did not work. The assigned contact person was amazing and responded quickly.

Location was awesome right on the channel. Walking over to London Bridge is just minutes away and the view was spectacular. Overall, we would rent again. Only a couple of small problems. One was there was no key to get back in from the walkway or into the pool. We contacted the property company and they said they didn’t know. The one in the condo did not work. This made getting back it not as convenient. In all, we would recommend this condo.

Great Outside Living Space
My husband and I stayed here for our 23rd wedding anniversary. Because the property location was close to everything that interested us, we didn’t have to use the car until we headed back home. The condo has a great outdoor living space that includes a sofa, small fridge for drinks and a propane grill. If you want to enjoy being outdoors without threat of exposure to COVID then this is condo is the place for you.

Adorable Waterfront Rental
This was our second time staying in this condo. The photos dont do it justice, as it has been recently redecorated/updated decor. The location is prime being parking lot level for easy loading and unloading, not to mention the view of the Channel and London Bridge from the 3rd level is beautiful. Check in was a breeze and communication with owner was super (very responsive). We loved your unit and hope to be back soon.

Best location in Havasu
Loved this condo! The location is prime! We have stayed all over the river and at many Kingsview condos. We usually stay Beach level, this was our first time being on the 3rd floor. I'm not gonna lie, we loved this condo. The ease of parking and walking 15 feet to your front door is a plus when unloading you car. The view is lovely up top and no one is above you making noise. The condo is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Had a couple hiccups that was handled almost immediately. Owner and manager are very kind and easy to work with. Will definitely book again.
