This 4br/2ba Florida home is all yours! NO CLEANING FEE! Bring the family, friends, and pets! Park your Boat, RV, Trailer, etc in the lot next door. There's a TV in each bedroom. It is a great place to stay for business yet it is only a short drive to the theme parks and beaches.

This spacious home boasts a full kitchen with granite counters that is great for cooking just about anything on your vacation or work trip. Pet friendly. New Laminate flooring.

To best describe the bedroom/bed arrangements, it is outlined as follows:
Master- Beach room: One queen bed- 2 people
2nd Master- Magic Kingdom room- One queen bed- 2 people
3rd Bed- Mickey Mouse room- bunk bed- 2 people
4th bed- Dolphin room- twin bed- 1 person
Back family room- futon- can fit 2 people (ONLY SET UP UPON REQUEST)

Based on prior guest feedback....THIS HOUSE NOW HAS 5 TVs! One in the living room and one in each bedroom! Each TV has chromecast so you can stream your own content from your device. They are all Vizeo TVs that come with a lot of free content to watch. (Note: No cable TV) We will happily provide you with your WiFi password.

Off street parking is available for many vehicles including 2 carports. There's plenty of room for you to park your boat, RV, or trailer on the lot adjoining the house.
