-NO charcoal, bonfires or fireworks allowed in the unit or development
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old AND stay at the house. If you are under the age of 30, a FaceTime conversation may be required.
Our condo is located in a quiet and beautiful cove. It is the perfect place for families to enjoy the lake for many years to come. We really appreciate you respecting our property, following the guidelines and treating it with the same care you would treat your own home.
