PLEASE NOTE:

This apartment is part of a 2-units duplex. This unit faces the backyard (not the street) and it is adjacent to the other unit with which it shares a wall. The backyard is not fenced to the street, and it is not divided between the 2 properties. However, each property has its own backyard sitting area and its own grill. Each sitting area is not visible from each other as they are both located at the far end of an "L" shaped backyard. The outdoor sitting area shown on the pictures is for your own use.

The laundry room is shared with the next door property and it is a stand alone-separate room located next to the car porch. Access to it is with a code provided to you.

This is a residential and very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a 5 min walk to Bryant Park for a walk alongside the Inter Coastal, or a 10 min bicycle ride to the beach crossing the bridge to Lake Worth Pier and Casino with all its restaurants. The beautiful Historic Downtown Lake Worth with Starbucks and lots of restaurants is only 0.5 miles away.

A delightful property.
This property was wonderful. We were able to walk to town and the beach, it was spacious and clean, and the host has thought to provide everything you could possibly need. I especially liked the robe and slippers as they are bulky items to pack when suitcase space is limited. I would definitely return.

Fabulous Farm Style!
What a lovely stay we had at this Lake Worth gem! Check-in & check-out were seamless & super easy. They did a beautiful job creating the private outdoor patio, complete with grill & lights. The host checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed, & to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

We booked this stay based on prior reviews and in our opinion it’s overrated. As one who has relied on reviews for accurate decision making, I felt it important to provide our honest feedback. On the positive side, the owner is uber responsive, the shower head is great and the kitchen is well equipped. However in our view the unit is not furnished with “elegant, high quality materials” and feels smaller and less comfortable than anticipated based on the photos. The backyard patio furniture is tired and in need of a refresh. My review is not intended to disparage the owner. In fact, the host was so anxious to address our disappointment, they offered us compensation in exchange for not disclosing our concerns. Instead I leave this review in support of the reviewer community. This property may work for others, it just wasn’t a fit for us.

Nice bungalow for a getaway.
My wife and I were in Florida visiting friends before going on a cruise and this rental was the perfect place for us. Very cozy with all the necessary amenities and our host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was a cozy getaway close to the beach. It promoted relaxation because you had a choice of driving to the beach or simply relaxing in the back yard. The host provided you chairs, towels and an umbrella for the beach and lounge chairs, a grill and shade for relaxation on the property. We enjoyed it!!

We have been trying to figure out what part of Florida we want to retire to. We have stayed in 5 different areas. Not only was this the best area, it was also the best rental. We intentionally picked rentals around the same size and $$$. This rental was the BEST. Close to beach, clean, private, comfortable bed,great shower, lovely backyard, and it had everything we needed. Winter & Covid getaway
We stayed in the back half of this VRBO and loved it. The patio was shaded, fenced and very private. We walked to Bryant park and the intercostal waterway, over to Bennys on the beach almost daily for Great food and drinks. It's a 10 minute drive to The Old Key Lime house in Lantana for Key Lime Pie which is a must if staying here. Lelia was wonderful to work with, she returns your texts immediately. We will stay again!!!!

My husband and I spent a long weekend in Delray. Lelia took great care of us. Even though we checked in late - on a dark rainy night - her instructions were so clear that we had no problem finding the place and accessing it. Great kitchen enticed us to stay home and cook a few nights. Every imaginable kitchen tool and accessory needed. The enclosed private back yard with a grill was my favorite part. Great spot for dinners, relaxing and reading a book. I highly recommend Lelia and this wonderful unit. We will be back.

The place was fantastic. Very clean and well organized. The snacks, perks(bikes), and options(pillows) were a great and thoughtful addition to the property. We really enjoyed biking from there to Benny's on the Beach for breakfast. Cecilia was so nice and reachable. She responded to texts very quickly and covered everything thoroughly. There's no doubt we would stay here again if we came back to the area. Thanks Cecilia!

Had a great time in Lake Worth area, nice beaches. Cecelia thinks of everything from a well equipped kitchen an bath, to everything you need for a day at the beach. Responds quickly if you have a question, and gave some great ideas for visiting the area. Very comfortable, neat and clean.
