No bad to stay one night. We were put off by unpleasant smell in the hallways and dirty carpets. The bed looked like a mattress on the floor, very low, would be hard to use for older people or those with disabilities. Otherwise, not a bad choice given proximity to Grand Bend, piney and the beach.

This hotel is located within a strip type mall. The office is on the main floor while rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator so you must be able to handle stairs and get your luggage to the room yourself. The decor and finishing is modern and inviting. Amenities (microwave , ice, coffee are all available ). Staff/management is excellent, check in easy and the room is clean and comfortable.

I went to check in, and no one was at the desk. I pressed the buzzer, but there was still no response. I left the hotel to visit family.

Was very good, after reading some reviews i was apprehensive, everyting clean and fresh, everything you need, coffee machine. No breakfast, but we knew that.

The bedroom was ok, but there wasn’t proper pillow. Poor washroom maintenance and there was loud noise coming from the fridge during the whole night.

The room was very quiet. I got good sleeps the nights i spent there. It didhave stairs but one story is no problem. Staff was helpfull even called to return something i had forgotten. Good stay.
