ปัญหาความปลอดภัยและห้องพักไม่สะดวก
ห้องพักอยู่ติดร้านกาแฟเปิดระหว่าง 9 น ถึง 20 น. พนักงานร้านกาแฟทำหน้าที่รับเข้าออกโรงแรม หลังเวลาปิดร้านลูกค้าอยู่ในอาคารแต่ผู้เดียว(แถมเป็นลูกค้ารายเดียว)ไม่มีข้อมูลแนะนำในกรณีฉุกเฉินจำเป็น ไม่มีบริการที่เราควรหวังว่าจะได้จากโรงแรม เช่นประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับสถานที่เที่ยวฯลฯ ในเรื่องความปลอดภัยมีปัญหาสำคัญคือบันไดขึ้นไม่มีราวกัน สามารถ พลัดตกลงได้ ผู้สูงอายุไม่มีราวจับ ในห้องนอกจากเตียงมีชั้นไม้และไม้แขวนเสื้อให้ ไม่มีเก้าอี้นั่ง ไม่มีโต๊ะให้เขียนหนังสือได้ หรือตู้เก็บของ ห้องน้ำสะอาดเพราะยังใหม่อยู่ แต่พื้นในห้องดูสกปรกเพราะพื้นเป็นซีเมนต์เปลือย อาหารเช้า 8นก่อนหน้านั้นไม่ได้.นักท่องเที่ยวที่ประสงค์ไปเที่ยวแต่เช้าก็ต้องขาดไม่ได้รับบริการนี้ไป ถ้าไม่พร้อมที่จะทำธุรกิจโรงแรม ก็ให้เช่าเป็นห้องพักไปเสียเลยสิ ลูกค้าจะได้รู้ล่วงหน้า เพราะค่าห้้้้้้้องระดับนี้ที่อื่นเขามีบริการ ที่นี่ไม่มีเลย มีควารู้สึกว่าโดนหลอก
