Started out with the room not being ready at check-in time. Then informed no elevator (a fact that was not mentioned in hotel description). Only explanation was that law does not require elevator. No 1st floor room available. Hallway and staircase were dirty with trash laying on the carpet. Sorry I didn't take photos. Room carpet dirty to the point we wouldn't walk around the room without shoes.

This hotel needs a major makeover. Very run down looking. The bathtub looked 20 years old, trim in the bathroom was coming off, and the lock on our door was broken.

The pictures were not up to date. They showed a robust breakfast spread. It turned out it was very minimal with not enough tables and chairs. There was not an elevator, you had to carry your items up and down the stairs. I would not go there again.

Whoever did repairs in our room did shoddy work. There were stains on the pillowcase and a cigarette hole was burned through the bedspread. The gentleman who checked us in was very knowledgeable and helpful but his shirt was stained and took away from his professional appearance. Our room smelled strongly of air freshener or a cleaner. The room had been updated with newer furniture and bathroom sink but the tub/shower should have been updated as well, it literally had any shine to it scrubbed off and had rust stains around the top. We will stay there again but I will bring my own bedding.

The staff did not clean the bathroom from the people before us. The Window had really big hole in it. Stains on the walls, dust on the bed.

Since they do not turn on the air conditioning in any of the common areas, the smell of stagnant air and mildew are the front desk staff. Always there to greet you each time you enter the property. The room was no better because the air conditioner seemed to not been used in some time the smell of mildew was also a bonus feature of the room. Likely also moldy because my eyes watered and nose ran the entire time I was indoors. I would spent considerable amounts of time in my car on the phone rather than be inside and had to cut my stay short due to my allergies. Also there was ants outside.. Lots. Overall I would say 1/10 would not recommend. The staff were nice.

Room was dirty and smelled like wet dog. No elevator so we were stuck spending the night in that first floor room. The room was Not handicap accessible and was very unsafe for my disabled mom. We left and went to another hotel. Declined to issue a refund for the gross accom. Stay away from this place.
