The property was beautiful and we were within 15-30 minutes of everything we wanted to do; the property was beautiful and Bill and Jessica and their children were wonderful people and very accommodating; we have 2 labs that are like our babies and everything went smoother than we could have imagined; what’s sad is past renters are not pet conscious and because of that, they may not take pets anymore; and I don’t blame them; no matter where you stay, whether it’s a hotel, cabin or on someone’s property, we need to treat it as our own home; when you don’t, it ruins it for everyone else

Great place for a little R&R
What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay here again if we're in the area. A short drive to Sight and Sound theater. It's exactly as advertised with plenty of things to do on the property. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub the most. The hosts, Bill and Jessica were wonderful. Definitely 5/5! You won't be disappointed!

It met our expectations. Unique. We loved the area. Friendly hosts. One down side - shower had very low pressure. Took forever to shower. We are anxious to get home and take a good long shower! We stayed 9 nights. Had meetings every morning so shower was difficult.

It looked great, but was even better once we arrived and met the hosts!
I can’t express how much of a wonderful birthday that these hosts provided to us, not only through the beautiful accommodations which are unique and right up our alley, but also in their other hospitality, and fun. First of all, the barn is extremely comfortable, delightfully, rustic, but has all the amenities. The property is beautiful, including the pool and hot tub and grilling area. It’s really an amazing find. The hosts leave you alone, unless you were willing to have a conversation. We ended up sitting by the pool with him most of the day before my birthday, and we even all grilled together and had a wonderful dinner together. They are fantastic hosts and just wonderful people. We hope that we have made good friends with what just started as staying for a weekend. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you are staying in the area, are courteous people who are looking to have a relaxed weekend, there is no better place to stay. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

SUCH A BEAUTIUL STAY!!!!
Words can not describe how unique, beautiful and peaceful our stay was!!!! The barn is GREAT and was so different from any place we have stayed. Our granddaughters came along and had a TERRIFIC time. They spent their time in the hot tub and the pool and we finally had to tell them the pool closed at 8 just to get them to come inside!!! Bill and Jessica were wonderful hosts, they introduced themselves to us when we arrived and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. Our granddaughters loved playing with their son!!! They were so friendly and talked with us often, we checked in as guests and became friends THANK YOU!!! The location was great for all the attractions in Lancaster County and very quiet!!!! The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on in along time!!!! If you want a perfect place to stay this is the one!!!! We will DEFINITELY be back again!!!!!

Anniversary Getaway
My wife and I honeymooned here 3 years ago. We found this place again and immediately booked it. The barn is such a unique and inviting experience, great for a small family or a couple to get away. It’s in a great location, with easy access to the city or the country, both being only 5-10 minutes away. The amenities are all enjoyable, and the big TV is a nice plus. I highly recommend Bill and Jessica’s barn for a getaway!

Unique vrbo
We wanted somewhere close to the Sight and Sound Theatre and this "barn" was perfect. About 10 min. from there. We loved our stay! Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfy. We have stayed in many houses where the mattress definitely needed.replaced so this was a real plus for us. The ping pong and pool tables were fun to have also. Upstairs was a big screen tv and a couple couches. My husband took advantage of those to watch the first round of the NFL draft. Heated floors in the bedroom and bath were a nice touch. We did not use the hot tub, but it was close to the barn as well as the pool. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to see another production at the theater.

It was an experience to stay at a refurb horse barn. My kids loved it. There was space for us and space for them. Lots of activities to do inside and out. The hosts were great very friendly and accommodating.

The owners of the property are so very nice. The property is well taken care of and beautifully landscaped. The barn was the perfect, cozy and quiet. We will be back in the summer to enjoy the awesome pool.
