Beautiful holiday home complex on the south slope in St. Andreasberg on the edge of the forest in a very quiet location. It consists of 4 terraced houses with separate entrances for each house and apartment. The apartments are comfortable, tasteful and all differently furnished. The kitchens were equipped with modern kitchen furniture and have a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. in the houses. The house has been managed by us for 50 years and is constantly being renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. Free WiFi is a matter of course for everyone. Fixed line telephone only on request. Children are always welcome guests, so they are taken care of in the garden as well as in the house with children's chairs, beds, garden toys etc.
We provide sledding sleds free of charge.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Samson Pit. Features include free WiFi in public areas, plus breakfast (surcharge) and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Comfortable and well equipped

We stayed here for a week. Me, my wife, my parents and our lab Puck. It was a very pleasant stay in Ferienwohnung Walter. The decor is a bit dated perhaps but all the things you wish are present and more. The keeper family Diedrich is very nice and helpful. Only little drawback was that there is only wifi connection for one device per home. That should really be changed, especially with 4 people who each have a smartphone and a tablet this is impossible. The village Sankt Andreasberg has few shops and everything is a bit on the shabby side but as for a location to explore the Harz region few can beat it. Nice shopping area in Bad Lautersberg is only 15 minutes drive away. All in all we can recommend this holiday home.

Brötchenservice

Der Brötchenservice ist nicht zu empfehlen. Völlig überteuert, Qualität schlecht da manche scheinbar vom Vortag. Bezahlt man nicht sofort per Paypal, bekommt man nach 2 Werktagen schon eine Mahnung mit 10,- € Mahngebühr. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.

Nette Wohnung für Wanderwochenende

Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Größe her absolut ausreichend für eine vierköpfige Familie. Es gibt genug Platz und Räume in denen man sich ausbreiten kann. Ein kleines zweites WC ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Von der Einrichtung her, muss leider gesagt werden,das einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist und vielleicht ausgetauscht werden sollte. Defekt war nichts und auch funktionell, nur leider nicht mehr ganz neu, vom gewissen Möbeln bis zu Utensilien in der Küche. Dafür Punkte die Wohnung mit toller Lage und ein schönen Blick Richtung Sonnenuntergang,welchen man vom Esstisch aus beobachten kann.

Ferienwohnung Walter

Wir haben 1 Woche in der FeWo. Obwohl wir Ostermontag angereist sind, hat alles super mit der Schlüsselübergabe geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Unsere Kinder (3 und 8 Jahre) fanden den Garten mit den Spielgeräten toll. Auf Grund der recht zentralen Lage im Harz haben wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen können, sogar einmal mit dem Bus bis nach Bad Harzburg (kostenlos dank der Gästekarten). Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit Spielplatz

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der Spielplatz hinter dem Haus hat die Kinder (1;5) begeistert. Absperrgitter an den 2 Treppen wären hilfreich.

Fewo sehr gemütlich alles so wie beschrieben.

Fewo ist für 5 Personen +1Kleinkind ausreichend. Schränke mit mehreren Einlegeböden wären schön gewesen. In der Dusche lief das Wasser schlecht ab und in der zweite Toilette empfing uns ein beißender Geruch der trotz dauerlüften nicht verflog. FeWO ist sehr gut gelegen man kann gleich zu Ausflügen starten.

Nicht wie erwartet :-(

Bei Ankunft hat der "Hausmeister" es nichtmal für nötig gehalten, aus seinem Auto zu steigen, um uns willkommen zu heißen, er schickte seine Frau vor. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr auf schnell schnell ausgelegt. Gastabgabe kassieren und weg. Bei Ankunft war der Küchen-, Esstisch dreckig. Oberflächliche Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung. Es war kein Toaster vorhanden wie in der Ausstattung angegeben. Nach 2maliger Aufforderung wurde ein Toaster zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider war dieser so verdreckt, dass nachdem umdrehen Zwiebelschalen und Knoblauchzehen aus dem Toaster kamen. Zuviel berechnete Gastabgabe wurde erst nach Aufforderung zurückbezahlt. Die Matratzen in allen 2 Doppelbetten waren sowas von durchgelegen, als wenn diese seit beginn der Vermietung noch nicht gewechselt worden sind. Auf dem zur Wohnung gehörenden Balkon standen nur 2 Stühle inkl. Fußhocker. Es war kein Abstelltisch vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Nachbarmieter baten uns um Hilfe bzgl. des TV-Empfangs nachdem sie vom "Hausmeister" die Aussage bekommen hatten, dass er keine Zeit hat sich darum zu kümmern. Hier wäre es aber in der Verantwortung des HM gewesen, den TV so einzustelen, das ein Empfang möglich ist. Ich würde dieses Objekt nicht nochmal mieten, obwohl die Lage sehr schön ist.
