Step in and enjoy our cozy home with a private and peaceful backyard garden in a quite residential area located a brief 10 minute drive from Abbotsford airport, Highstreet Shopping mall, or the Greater Vancouver Zoo, and a short walk to the Aldergrove Athletic Park and the new Aldergrove Experience Outdoor Waterpark.

This bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom main suite comes with a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, bake, or barbecue up a storm. Step outside on to one of 2 private patios overlooking either the front or large backyard garden to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and an ensuite washroom including a large jetted tub and heated toilet with bidet. The main bathroom includes a walk in shower with rain head, waterfall, and high pressure jets. A full laundry room is included with top end front load washer and dryer. Living room is step up with 2 full size couches plus an additional seating area.

During Harvest Seasons, visit the local farms to pick up fresh fruits, vegetables and berries as they come in to season. Visit one of the many farm markets including the Krause Berry Farm and Winery, complete one of the many circle valley farm tours. The local Fraser Valley Wineries, Meaderies are within a 15 minute drive to visit. During your scenic drive to any of these local gems, you may encounter filming locally as the area has a very vibrant movie and TV industry.
