Weekend with the Grands.
Spent a couple of days here with the grandkids. They loved the pool and the breakfast was great. Location was perfect for going to Impressions 5 Museum.

If you’re looking for a simple and safe hotel in the Lansing area, this is a great option. It’s not fancy or modern, but it gets the job done and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, comfortable and I didn't hear other guests. The public areas are very worn and appear dirty. The breakfast was good but could use more variety from day to day.

Nicely located to MSU campus or downtown Lansing. Hotel is older and evident in its furnishings. Very clean accommodations considering this factor.

This hotel was straight up NASTY! Stains on the walls and the toilet seat had what appeared to be poop on it. The door to the room looked like someone tried to break it. I will say the desk person was very helpful at getting us our refund. I absolutely would not stay here if you can afford something else

Wonderful Stay
It was wonderful minus the one guy left and not sure where he went but came back eventually but the outside needed updates and may i suggest replace the trees and things near windows with flowers especially at the breakfast area and the room i was in was good but the wall paper in the bathroom had one spot coming up but other then that it was a wonderful stay

No one was available at the front desk during normal hours 9 AM to 6 PM. Needed to telephone for someone to come to the front desk, at checkin and whenever we needed help with the accomadations. 2 day stay did not include housekeeping, no signs or notification that special request was required for housekeeping. Room smelled like smoke at checkin, notified the front desk.

My wife found a bug crawling under the sheets on our bed. Not good! Also there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink and the drain plug did not work at all. The shower head was also extremely low and had to stoop to wash hair. Not good.
