We were happy to have a suite with two bedrooms and a crib to accomodate our toddler. The hot breakfast was also great in the morning. Unfortunately the carpet in the room was very dirty which left all of our feet dirty from just regular walking. The bathroom ceiling was in need of repair and had a large hole over the shower that was taped. The pool was also closed for construction during our entire visit, which was not communicated to us at the time of check in or by email or text. We chose a hotel for a pool specifically, so we were very disappointed to head down in our swim suites and find a huge construction zone.

I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. I was contacted ahead of time and during my stay via text to ask if I needed anything. The hotel was clean but could use updating in a few areas. There was a nice variety of food available at breakfast and there were several restaurants in the area to choose from for dinner. I decided to stay at this hotel because of a positive experience a few years ago and would stay there again.

After paying for the room in full, the hotel still took a $100 deposit on our card, that we were not told about ahead of time. Once we got to the room, we realized our air conditioner was broken. I called the front desk… we were not offered a new room. Instead we were told a work order would be put in… no one ever came.

Avoid at all costs
Save yourself the hassle and sleep elsewhere. Hotel is super dated. Staff was absolutely incredible but hotel room was awful. Dirty tub and sink, beeping smoke alarm, holes in doors, stained carpet, missing smoke alarms, windows screwed shut, poor air conditioning, sticky floors, just overall awful stay. Again - staff was absolutely amazing to deal with - hotel itself not so much.
