Room in need of updating
While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the lobby and common areas were in excellent condition, the condition of the room needed some updating. While as clean as housekeeping could get it, there was a stain on the couch and on the carpet, which was a little offputting. I did let the front desk know, and they are passing that on to management. There are lots of breakfast options. I think they may be in the midst of renovating and maybe those issues will be addressed eventually. The heating system was tricky, at best. We found it was warmer in the room to just turn it totally off.

Quaint little gem
The room was very quaint and cozy. It was under 100.0 a night for the stay, so for what I paid, it was better than expected. The HVAC system was very loud and whistled at times, but I bring a white noise machine, so it was fine. I would stay here again.

Terrible couldn’t cool the room down slept with no blanket it was so damn hot room got up to 80 degrees. No hot water and empty shampoo bottles left in the shower and hair on the wall

The second night there, the front lobby was rented out for a very loud party. There is both a club room and a meeting room downstairs, but I was told by guest services that there was nowhere else they could have the party. They kept turning up the music and shouting and then at 10:30 pm they started popping balloons (which lasted around 15 minutes). I had a convention early the next morning and long drive home the next day and was exhausted from the poor night’s sleep. There were signs up around the hotel saying our quiet and peace would be a priority. The room was nice and the staff was nice. The loud party felt very unkind to everyone who paid for a night’s rest.

Noisy HVAC
I've stayed at this hotel before and always had a pleasant experience. However, this time the AC/Heating unit made such a loud noise every time it shut off, it woke me up from a sound sleep. And this occurred several times, every night of my stay. I did address this with the staff at the front desk. I did not receive an offer for a different room, a discount on my bill, or even an apology. This, coupled with the diminished quality of their free breakfast and the overall average condition of the property, leads me to conclude I will not be staying there again.

A hidden gem
We were really impressed with this Quality Inn! The lobby is really nice, wide open, good gathering spaces. The rooms are BIG! While they are "double" instead of "queen" beds, the multiple rooms are roomy. Breakfast was also good, and any worker we came upon was helpful and super nice. Very impressed and will return for the price!
