The room was not cleaned. Bedspread was visibly diety and had a lot of black dog hair on it. Clearly had not been washed. There was also food bits left on the lav sink

It was horrible to say the least and the parking lot had big holes in it and when we went up to our rooms they were smoked in and holes burnt in the comforters both of them and ashes on the bed. It was dirty is all I can say and we ask for our money back and they did a refund on my debit card and then turned around the next day and charged me again and now I have to try and get my money back for a night I didn’t stay. Don’t stay there is all I can say we did not feel safe at all in the few minutes we were there.

Cool Red Roof Inn

Overall my stay was quite pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location for me, close to McLaren hospital, as I was visiting a sick family member.

The smoke detector was pulled off the wall. Bathroom door had a hole in it and the shower had a crack in it and room smelled like cigarettes smoke

The front desk were not as nice as they once were. Also, they gave a praised rollin shower for handicap. Who wants tovroll their wheelchair inti a shower also therexwere no grab bars. Really. I cant walk let al I ne stand. Red roof inn has seriously gone downhill

When we arrived there was someone passed out on the stairs. The room was filthy, hair in the shower and beds were dirty. The condition was unacceptable.
