The only complaint is the restaurant seemed to be understaffed. The employee was waitressing and bartending which led to a longer wait time.

I’ll be catching up on my sleep when I get home as the mattress and pillows in my room were awful!! My husband sunk at least 2 inches into the mattress which was humorous as it reminded us of our youth sleeping on a water bed. In all seriousness…I have NEVER slept on a mattress that slopes towards the headboard. Regarding the pillows…somewhere between flat and no pillow. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom just the bed needs an overhaul! Check-in service was awesome and lobby was welcoming.

Check in was quick, rooms were clean. Only complaint was their were no vents in the bathroom which made the tile very slippery, and the shower head was loose and the plumbing was seen while taking a shower.

Nice Hotel

Overall really nice. The hallways felt like a dungeon and the “arcade” was 9 or 10 arcade games in a back hallway. It didn’t even have a machine for quarters, you had to go to the front desk.

We had to switch rooms after we brought our gear in because housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom. Also the front desk staff did not know about how the hotel pricing worked. We were told the excuse that the hotel had new staff in both house keeping and front desk, that was why they did not know how to do their job. Just frustrating.

This property has been spruced up just a bit since our last visit. The lobby seems to have been refreshed and the room seemed been better shape than last time we were here. Swimming pool is nice.
