It was a terrible nights the room was smelling bad and there was roach and there was a drunk guys and there areas I had to call the front desk so someone could come and stand there so I could leave with my kids

The staff was very nice and friendly. Our issues were the cleanliness of the room(s). The first room smelled horrible. The second room had an odor but not as bad as the first room. The mattress was stained and had no mattress cover. Floors were dirty. Bathroom/ tub was dirty. Again, the staff was great but the actual room itself wasn’t clean at all.

Staff were friendly esp. Hyacinth. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. What I didn't like is Breakfast was the same everyday (scrambled eggs & sausage) room was outdated. Needs new paint and new carpet. Limited channels on TV.

Decent Stay but needs to be better
The hotel system was down for about 1 hour which delayed my check-in. I was annoyed with that inconvenience. The room has AC but no central air, so it was cool in one direction but not throughout the room. The bathroom was disappointing, mostly the tub/shower need renovation. The coach & single seat was not comfortable, felt like sitting on the floor. However, the bed was comfortable & I like that the room has a microwave & refrigerator.

The breakfast was great, the late check in staff was amazing. If it hadn't been so late, when we turned back the sheets to reveal the stained sheets, we would have asked for another room.

I did not like it at all. The rooms had a funky smell and the bathrooms were not well kept and they promised to change one of the rooms after two nights out of three, and they still did not do that. In fact I would like a refund. It wasn’t a good experience at all. For a place that is named comfort, it sure does bring a lot of discomfort to people!
