Once we arrived the entrance, we could smelled the fragrance and we loved it. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed their pool time. They had kid activities throughout the day. They also provide shuttle services (until 1 a.m.) to other Disney hotels and Disneyland park.

This is a wonderful hotel! The rooms are fantastic, the staff are wonderful, the playroom is an amazing addition for the kids, I wish all hotels did this!

Was a lovely property and we really enjoyed it. It wasn't as "Disney" as some other places we have stayed, but as a hotel it was lovely. The fact we can use the other Disney hotels pools (and walkable) was great because they both had waterslides when this one does not. The main issue was the fact that there is no other dining options other than onsite. There's no other dining nearby or convenience store either, and the prices are resort prices so keep that in mind when you come. We ended up spending a lot more than we expected to just on breakfast and simple dinners.

Great place to stay for families. Close to Disney..easily transported by constant shuttle services. Only drawback was the Dining options. Limited room service options and no poolside service either. Other than that the service and logistics of the property are fantastic. We throughly enjoyed our stay and Disneyland was Amazing

Must do if you’re doing Dineyland
Have to do it if you’re doing a one or 2 day trip in Disneyland. Don’t stay here if you’re not visiting the park. Very far from everything else. Very close to the airport so have Disney as last part of your trip . Pool open until 10pm, food all day. Disney prices so maybe buy snacks at seven eleven at airport or before you arrive . 6 bottles of drinks could cost 35USD

The place is Beautiful, great for kids and they have activities for them as well. We went during the rainy season so we could not enjoy the outdoor areas that much. Be prepared to pay for everything. You pay for the room but everything else is extra incl breakfast for kids.

The prices were high. For $500 a night you should get a complimentary breakfast. There was no minibar in the room to force the use of room service.
