Pros:
1)The hotel and it's rooms are very beautifully decorated. Their walls are lined with inspirational quotes.
2)The hotel is on the main street and is walking distance to the town center, night food market, etc.
3) Staff helped us flag down a ride (i.e. tricycle) to go to our destinations.
4) Provided an airport transfer for a fee, which was convenient. Although, we paid for it the night before at the front desk, but when the van transfer dropped us off at the airport, the driver asked for the payment, more than what wet paid for. We had to tell the driver we paid in advance. Communication between the front desk staff and driver could be better.
Cons:
1) Rooms are small. We (5 adults) stayed in a room that had two double beds and a bunkbed. There wasn't much room to move about.
2) The drain in the bathroom didn't work very well, especially in the shower. There wasn't a barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so when the shower wouldn't drain, it would flood the whole bathroom.
3) Breakfast and service was horrible. We sat ourselves and no one came out until they served our food (we ordered the night before). We got 2 complimentary breakfasts with our stay and bought 3 more. The three bought were ok, but the two complimentary breakfasts only had one tiny piece of longanisa and the rice wasn't fully cooked. The rice was wet and looked more like porridge. There were no water or any kind of drinks layed out at the table that had the containers for them.
