The waterfront hotel still has the charm it had pre covid but it has fallen on hard times and the cleanliness and sparkle factor has left for the most part. The renovation that keeps reminding the guests has been ongoing for 5 years at least. I have not seen anything new that has been added to the hotel.

Buffet was not very good for the price. Casino is very rundown looking. Like a third rate off strip casino in Reno or Vegas. Whole stands for slots with no slots. Kind of depressing.

This hotel is walking distance from the airport so very convenient for coming in and out of cebu. Nice pool, fabulous staff....and amazing pastries

Very convenient location to the airport! Only downside is the charge to bring outside food to your hotel and no fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet has numerous options however the flavor is somewhat lacking. The staff is wonderful however and I would stay here again but go somewhere else to eat due to the extra charge to bring in outside food as well as try more tastier and cheaper options.
