Friendly staff and good location. Unfortunately hotel is in need of an upgrade, parking advertised is street parking and the area gets busy with local construction taking place. Quiet bedrooms and clean, however bedding caused me to itch a lot (not sure whether that was bed bugs or the cleaning products used to wash the linen).

Great for a stay over
Third stay here. Convenient for stay over before crossing border. Clean and comfortable although room a little dated. Communication is good although hotels.com did say there is no manned reception (there is) and you had to call 24 hours before your check in time (you didn't).
