The deliberate nature of this neglect seems to represent an abuse of customer rights and a malicious act against our business.2. **Heating and Water System:** Our water heating system is designed to accommodate typical needs with a simple timer activation, useful especially for frequent jacuzzi use. These operational details were communicated during our phone conversation at 12:03 AM and through subsequent messages.3. **Air Conditioning and Security Features:** The air conditioning unit requires a button activation before use with the remote or smartphone app. Despite initial difficulties, it was eventually operated correctly. Furthermore, our security doors, equipped with dual locks, were mishandled and damaged during your stay, yet were promptly repaired at no additional cost to you.4. **Additional Room Requests and Conditions:** Upon expressing concerns about potential allergic reactions to ants, we accommodated your request for a room change immediately. Regrettably, upon your departure, both the original and new rooms were found in poor condition with food remnants on floors and beds, which can attract pests and create health hazards.5. **Timing of Refund Request:** It is concerning that the request for a refund was only made after your stay had concluded, despite multiple upgrades and additional services provided at your request throughout your stay. This timing, along with the state of the rooms, suggests a possible strategy to exploit our hospitality services without due consideration for financial responsibilities.6. **Financial Considerations and Damages:** The extensive cleaning and repairs required post-checkout significantly impacted our operations and other guests. The damages and cleaning costs incurred amounted to three times the rate charged for your stay, severely affecting our business.We strive to provide excellent service and accommodations, as evidenced by the high ratings from previous guests in the same apartments.
