Beautiful Home Off The Golf Course

Hi Everyone
I have this beautiful 3 bed 1 bath that I am sharing on my house. I live right off the most beautiful golf courses in Las Cruces. I do live in the home but I added on to my house so you will have plenty of space.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Sonoma Ranch Golf Course. The holiday home includes amenities such as a sofa bed and a washing machine.

Beautiful views
It was very clean. I would not recommend more than 5 people. It should be listed as a 2 bedroom with a small couch that can turn into a bed. I would stay again

Very nice quiet neighborhood The indoors was good but it could use another comfort loveseat or rocker/ recliner in the kitchenette.My bed in the bedroom was very comfortable

It was ok for the price
The house and area is very nice. But it would’ve been nice if the listing explained that the 3 bedrooms rented out was attached to the rest of the house where the owners currently live. I probably wouldn’t have rented if I would’ve known that. I could have easily roamed the rest of the house if I wasn’t an honest and trustworthy person. And the owners could have easily just walked into the section that I stayed in. Thankfully that didn’t happen. Communication wasn’t good either. I was sent the wrong door code and had to wait over an hour for someone to respond so I could get in. I had to ask for check in instructions also.

Theres only 1 comfortable chair. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked fabulously. I recommend for 1 or 2 people.

Terrible
Never received code to access the house, Host never answered calls, house was not ready when we finally got access to the house. Host attempted to make the beds up with the dirty sheets that were bundled up on the floor by the last tenet. the hosted stated that he didnt even know we were coming. we spent three hours looking for a hotel to stay for the next three nights. this was not a good experence at all, I hope this never happens to anyone else.
